I liked this shampoo because I am not changing my color because it is high to maintain. I'm a natural dark brown and at times it get lighter however I hit a certain age and I grew grays. The shampoo pumps two different liquids and ypu mix on your palms making it easy to use. The smell after the hair is washed off from the shampoo is not bad. My hair didn't get dull the hair color has also made me look younger again even my fiancee said I look like I'm in my 20's again so it totally works. My grays have gone away but I know I have to use it multiple times to stay looking young and good thing the bottle size is big. I have hair as long as down to my butt and I used a little more than half the bottle. Shampoo is great quality.

    So starting off, there is more than likely TWO chambers in the bottle ( color & developer ) based in the way that it comes out of the nozzle hence the reason you must layer it up in your hands prior to application. It is remarkable in covering grey but do not leave it on past the time recommended…. I left it in for 30 minutes and experienced “tingling” on my scalp and a little more shedding than usual upon washing it out. So don’t do that. I have ALLOT of hair and tough grey roots and ASSUMED that extra time would be necessary… so….. DONT ASSUME! Do the spot check test. It lasted as long as boxed or salon dye…( about 3 weeks for me) due to new growth. I take allot of vitamins for hair and nails so my hair grows fairly fast. I t also doesn’t wash out like many so called permanent box dyes do because I noticed that the new growth amount was accurate this time. It’s a very large bottle so it’s worth the cost compared to box dyes and obviously the salon. I will definitely buy again.
