I was VERY skeptical, but after reading reviews you can't go wrong with the majority.

I wasn't expecting results TBH, i first tried it, left it in but forgot to use a timer, i think it was only not even 10min then I washed it off, and i still had greys. I was upset, but then i washed my face & dried it well and applied it again. It comes out clear and a dye all in one pump. WASH THROUGHLY!

I left it in this time and i used a 20 min timer. By the 12-13th min it started to burn/tingle a lil bit. I left it in a little longer, washed off and that's what you see. GREAT product. Not sure how long it last, but we will see.

Edit: i decided to go a different route and go dark brown. The black looks good, however it was TOO black! I kind of threw off the balance of my look. Going for Dark brown and i will do another separate review
