Really like this rug! Bought the 9x12 to hide our atrocious carpet because we cannot afford to replace it right now. It arrived rolled, and I have only had it in place for one day and the wrinkles are almost gone. Vacuuming helped. No it is not soft but it is pretty. My picture does not do it justice. It does not look like plastic - it looks like woven material. It is not slipping around on my carpet so I will not have to purchase a pad to go underneath.I also bought the runner and it is not slipping either. This was a very inexpensive, easy fix for our worn out carpet.
If you buy the large size plan to be patient with the delivery service. The smaller rug arrived promptly through UPS, but the large one arrived via NSD… their tracking, showed it out for delivery for several days in a row in my small town, but at the end of the daythey kept rescheduling it for the next day. You cannot reach a real person at this company. It finally did arrive in good shape. I do not have any indoor pets, but this would be a great rug for anyone that does have pets.
