    As others have written, the actual dimensions are smaller than what is described. Not sure how they can get away with doing this. The quality is not great because there are small wear and tear and the ends after laying flat and even resting weight on it have not kept down without weights for 2 weeks (curls up). It may be due to the way it was stored. Not comfortable to walk on by I was doing to put a dining table on it so I wasn’t too concerned. It’s too expensive and a hassle to ship back. I would not buy anything from this seller again.
