The terms of an End User License Agreement (“License”) govern your use of the thinkorswim® software and trading platform, as well as the paperMoney® application for thinkorswim (collectively, thinkorswim and paperMoney are called the “Software”). You will be required to review, acknowledge and accept the License terms in order to use the Software. If you do not agree to the License terms, you will not be able to use the Software, but you will be able to uninstall it.
